Another Good Series For The Prepper Crowd (I’m One!) The Shelter Series is a disturbingly believable story for a possible future! It’s a page turner that keeps me waiting for the next book. However, it has a flaw I’m finding in all too many series of this type: The main characters are always wealthy and have bug out locations to die for that are fully stocked as well as being ex special forces, kung fu masters, and other such baloney. I understand that these are fictional stories to be read as entertainment, but surely we could have a few series…
Time-Lines are not believable, stopping here I read the first 4 books hoping to finally get to the end. It’s still not here.I really liked 1-3, thinking that would be it and we’d have some sort of completion to the story. Book 4 finally just got too out of wack with time-lines. Some things that would take months seem to happen at the same rate as things that take a few days. I’m not a fan of the current government leaders either, but the behavior of The President in this book is beyond reason. I think I’ll stop with this book -…
Great series! I am reading this series for the fourth time, it is THAT good!! I highly recommend actually anything by this author but definitely give this series a chance!
